reviewed: chevrolet blazer
The original SUV was about off-road capability and cargo room, not style and comfort. In today's review, let's take a look at the second-generation Chevrolet Blazer. Harking back to its SUV roots, it's not much for comfort, but with good visibility and push-button four-wheel-drive, it seems like you're driving an original Land Rover 110. It sits high and has good stance with a limited amount of body roll when our we drove it. Parking is exceptionally good. Our test car has power seats, power windows, power mirrors, power locks, and manual lumbar. Ride was very good, and the seats are cushy. On our 1997 model, the same split-level tailgate did its job quite well. It had the 4.3 liter VORTEC V6. The Blazer was discontinued in 2005.
